In this last session we will integrate all the previous 3 weeks of experiences and divine experiments. We’ll allow ourselves to be grateful for, and to celebrate, how far we’ve come! If you’ve joined us for most of these sessions, you definitely deserve some celebration. Many have started, but not finished – if you were one of those, please know that you can always return to where you left off.

It’s time to heal your energy body with some etheric cleansing. By clearing our energy bodies, we will inform our physical bodies that healing can take place naturally. Shall we?

Today’s process: clearing your DNA strands. Various genes in our DNA power up and shut down at different points in our lives. When a person shuts down emotionally because of some upsetting information, some DNA strands contracted. Conversely, when therapists helped this person to open into peace, DNA untangled and various genes ‘lit up’ and were healthily expressed.

Science has found that when we feel a strong emotion and repress it, it creates a biochemistry that blocks our cell receptors in specific parts of the body. Today’s focus is on the process that helps you dissolve the ‘cell memories’ that block your cell receptors, freeing them and allowing greater physical and emotional health.

Have you heard about chakras, the energy centers in your body? Most of us experience some chakra blocks where our energy does not freely flow, causing all sorts of problems. Today you’ll get to clear out those energy centers. So let’s dive in.

Are you willing and ready to clear any negativities, fatigue, toxicity and impurities from your body? This is what today’s process is all about. You can use it every day before going to sleep to have a peaceful night with relaxed mind and body. Enjoy!

True relaxation has such an enormous power!
For the next few meditations we’ll be learning how to relax the parts of the body that are tense, and also your mind that sometimes can feel tight as a fist.

Today you’ll learn that your mind is not your enemy, and that it can be your friend in stillness – you’ll undergo a guided introspection to allow natural mind talk, yet remain wide open in pure awareness.

Things like: "I’ve never gonna let people hurt me" or “I’ll never deserve this”...

Today we’ll explore the labels have adopted and identified with. The labels we never stop to question (but should). The roles we’ve assumed without asking why. I call it: "Letting Go Of Labels“.

Yesterday we realised that the unhealthy beliefs we’ve held for so long are simply old baggage. Baggage we can drop at any time. Today, I’d like to go even deeper and try another divine experiment, where you'll get a chance to empty out and change even the deepest of unhealthy beliefs. Shall we?

All of us carry unhealthy beliefs ingrained in us by families, society, culture, religion... These beliefs shape every aspect of our lives. We’ll learn how to move forward in a more healthy, freer way by clearing some of our unhealthy beliefs and vows.

In this mediation we focus on the healing power of forgiveness 🙏 We can feel blocked, emotionally constipated, when we hold on to old hurts, grievances or resentments. When we forgive, it opens the door to healing on all levels.

Sometimes in life we shut down emotionally. Maybe it’s this crisis where you felt scared and someone told you to man up. Or you felt like crying and were told to wipe away your tears.

Today I’ll help you lift the lid of those emotions you’ve buried. You’ll feel lighter and happier once you do 💙

You’ve got full permission to feel. Permission to cry. Permission to feel scared. You also have full permission to be joyful. To feel grateful for everything that life has brought you.

True courage is the willingness to fully experience whatever you are feeling at this moment. You can attempt to run from your emotions, but eventually they will catch up with you.

The willingness to experience your own vulnerability and find the strength in it, that is true courage. In every moment.
